Entrance fee and monthly fees
With a one-time entrance fee and ongoing monthly fees, you can make The Village at Gleannloch Farms your home for life. Entrance fee
This fee is based on the type of contract you sign, the size of residence you choose, and the number of people who will live there. The more square footage your residence has, the higher your entrance fee will be. Your entrance fee not only covers your residence, but it also gives you guaranteed access to any needed future care at prices well below market rates.
Monthly fee
Your monthly fee covers all indoor and outdoor home maintenance plus your property taxes, utilities, dining plan, fitness membership, well-maintained campus, and a variety of services and amenities.
Whether you’re in independent living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation, your residence, services, and amenities can be customized to fit your personal lifestyle and any future needs. We also offer contract options that refund a portion of your entrance fee to you or your heirs for true asset protection.
Flex Your Future
This program lets more seniors embrace the freedom of independent living by adjusting their senior living costs to suit their budget. To customize your entrance fee, select your residence now with less out of pocket, then pay the remainder of your entrance fee on a flexible timeline.
Life Care
The cost of care is constantly going up. Our Life Care contract offers you a way to cover your long-term care expenses in a way that’s more predictable, while saving you tens of thousands of dollars. Tax advantages
